Thank you for signing up to be a Hallway Helper! All adult volunteers for Children’s Ministry must be Safe Environment cleared. Please follow the instructions below for information about getting cleared. If you know that you are already cleared, please find the slot sign-up link on Step 3.
Step 1 - Virtus Login
If you have previously completed Safe Environment Training in the Diocese of Dallas then you will simply need to renew your Safe Environment. Please log in to Virtus and see if there is a training assigned to you. If you don’t see a training assigned or need to reactivate your account please email Veronica Biglen (vbiglen@stannparish.org) and let her know you are volunteering as a Hallway Helper at St. Ann Kids.
If you have never completed Safe Environment Training you will need to do so before your are able to volunteer. Please create a Virtus account following the instructions.
Step 2 - Safe Environment Interview
Before being considered “Cleared” to volunteer, we will need to complete a "Safe Environment Interview”. It takes about 25 minutes and it’s a great way for us to get to know each other. You can sign up for a time slot with me below.
Step 3 - Sign Up for Sessions
