St. Ann Middle School Ministry (MSM) is for all 5th - 8th grade students! All are welcome!! MSM is a great place to build community rooted in Christ and experience the love of Jesus.

WHAT AM I REGISTERING FOR?

By registering below, you will be added to our email newsletter for updates and be able to participate in our weekly youth events for 2026-2027:

  • Sunday MSM Nights from 6pm-7:30pm in the Cenacle September 2026-April 2027

  • Wednesday 7th & 8th grade Bible Study Nights 6pm-7:15pm in the Cenacle September 2026-April 2027

  • Sacrament Preparation (if needed)

WHAT DOES REGISTRATION COST?

$90. This annual fee covers the cost for food, fun games, dynamic talks from national Catholic speakers, life-changing formation, a t-shirt, and so much more at our weekly youth events. Save $10 on registration cost by registering before July 1!

Please note:

  • We offer a multi-student discount (see below).

  • There is an additional $20 Sacrament Preparation fee to help cover the cost of formation, booklets, and Liturgical celebration expenses.

TO REGISTER, FOLLOW THESE TWO STEPS:

STEP ONE - If you have already created a profile, then fast forward to step II . You must create a St. Ann profile for our parish database. You will not be able to register your youth unless you create a profile. Please be sure to check the box marked Create Account or you will not receive a password to be able to continue with registration.

STEP TWO - REGISTER YOUR TEENS WITH THE LINK BELOW USING THE LOGIN YOU JUST CREATED. 

  • Please note: If you are registering more than one student, please see the Multi-student DISCOUNT details below.

STEP II - REGISTER FOR MSM (OPENS APRIL 10th)

  • If you have two children in any of our ministries, please use the coupon code YMMULTI2627 on the payment page of the registration to receive a discount on the fee for the second child.  If your two children are in different youth ministries (i.e. one in HSM and one in MSM) only use the coupon on ONE registration.  If you have three or more children in the same ministry, your discount will automatically be computed by the system and NO CODE is needed.  If you have three or more children across different ministries, please contact Traci Hall (thall@stannparish.org) for assistance.

  • Profile’s need to be set up under the parent’s name (step 1), and then the parent will log out and go into the actual MSM registration page (step 2). The parent will log in, and then will type in the teen’s name in place of their own and answer all the questions they are prompted on. The page will then open for the registration.

WHAT IF MY TEEN NEEDS A SACRAMENT?

You will register your youth for our youth ministry program (MSM) and during the registration process, it will ask what sacraments they need. We encourage families not to take this step simply because their child is the “right age” but to consider if now is the right time for your child and your family. Please make sure to read our children’s sacraments page for more information.

SACRAMENTS WE OFFER

CONFIRMATION- Middle school students are not eligible for the Sacrament of Confirmation. We celebrate the sacrament of confirmation in the 10th grade at St. Ann.

FIRST COMMUNION FOR MIDDLE SCHOOLERS- Youth in grades 5th through 8th are welcome to enroll in our first communion prep. Once enrolled in the program, dates and meeting times will be emailed out.

  • COST: First Communion Prep is $110 ($90 MSM Registration + $20 First Communion Preparation).

    • Register before July 1 and save $10 on registration cost. “Early Bird” registration opens April 10!!

CHRISTIAN INITIATION FOR MIDDLE SCHOOLERS (OCIA; Becoming Catholic And/Or Baptism Preparation) - Any youth in grades 5th through 8th interested in being baptized in the Catholic faith are welcome to enroll. Once enrolled in the program, dates and meeting times will be emailed out.

  • COST: Christian Initiation for teens is $110 ($90 MSM Registration + $20 Christian Initiation).

    • Register before July 1 and save $10 on registration cost. “Early Bird” registration opens April 10!!

If your teen and family are ready to prepare for a Sacrament and to accept responsibility for helping your youth fulfill all requirements, then we encourage you to register them. You will be registering your youth for our youth ministry program and during the registration process it will ask if they need any sacraments.
