Bringing teens to Jesus is what we’re all about. If you believe God may be calling you to enter into this mission, let us know! We are looking for Young Adult and Adult leaders who are:

  • Faithful - A core member lives out the faith both at St. Ann and in their daily life. No one is perfect but they are striving for the Lord on a daily basis.

  • Available - A core member is committed, consistent, and available for the youth of the parish. They consistently attend Sunday night gatherings (most Sundays from 4:30pm-7:30pm Sept-April), the yearly retreats, outreach to youth, and core trainings / summits.

  • Contagious - A core member has a contagious personality willing to share the faith with those around them. They realize that ministering to middle schoolers / high schoolers is a tough age, but they are willing to love the youth and to minister to them with a joyful heart.

  • Teachable - No one knows everything and we are all called to continue to learn and be formed. We desire our core members to be open to being taught new methods in ministering to youth and to be open to feedback we have about how their small group is going.
