3/5 RECAP
Jesus' greatest gift of love to us is the Eucharist. In fact, it is more than just a gift. It is also the Gift-Giver: Jesus gives us Himself every single time we receive the Eucharist.
Come by every week to revisit the Youth Mass Homily!! This past Sunday, Fr. Tom Cloherty visited to celebrate Mass with us! He preached on the call that we receive as Christians to encounter God through our generous acts of love made towards others in our lives. Listen now!
Throughout Scripture, God calls people out of comfort to do something great. The call involves cooperation and consent from the summoned person. We are never alone on the journey of the Christian life because Jesus is a constant companion. We can expect times of struggle and dryness in the spiritual life, and during these times, we grow in strength and resilience to face other challenges ahead while also learning to rely on God and a faith community.
Use these questions to comfortably bring Jesus into your everyday conversations during car rides, dinner time, and beyond.
