🚗 WEEKLY LOGISTICS
Drop-off
• An adult must bring your child into the Assembly Room and check them in with their small group.
• If the group leader has not arrived yet, you must wait with your child until they do. We appreciate your patience and help ensuring each child is safe on our campus.
• Check in: Parents will enter their phone number to securely check their child in.
⚠️ Older siblings may not drop off children unless they are the driver.
Pick-up
• An adult must return to the Assembly Room at the end of the session.
• Children will only be released to authorized adults. You will receive more information on this via email.
⚠️ Older siblings may not pick up children unless they are the driver.
BRING THIS, NOT THAT
✅ Verse Tag wristband
(Will be given at the first session)
❌ No snacks, drinks, or toys.
We have found in recent years that water bottles are a big distraction. We have plenty of well cared for water fountains that kids are encouraged to use during the session.
📖 MEMORY VERSE
• In each unit we have a Bible memory verse. Kids will get a tag to add to their keychain and use to practice at home.
• At the end of the unit they can recite the memory verse for a fun prize! 🎉
⛪️ OUR SUNDAY OBLIGATION
The Eucharist, celebrated at Mass, is the source and summit of our Catholic faith.
St. Ann Kids provides vital faith formation, but it is not a substitute for your child’s Sunday Mass attendance. We hope their participation here enriches their experience of the Mass.
🙏🏼 CLOSING PRAYER
Parents are invited to join us for the last 15 minutes of each session as we close together in prayer!
➡️ ABSENCES
• Leaders take attendance weekly, no need to notify us if your child is absent.
• No homework or makeup work will ever be assigned (optional bonus activities may be offered).
🗓️ SCHEDULE
For security purposes we do not publish our schedule online. A link to the calendar is in your confirmation email, and will always be included in the weekly email newsletter once we start.
📰 NEWSLETTER
The day after each session, you’ll receive an email with:
📖 Bible story recap
❓ Discussion questions
🙏 Family prayer ideas
➕ And more!
Use this at home to help cement what your child learns each week.
✝️ SACRAMENTAL PREP
If your child is preparing for a Sacrament this year, you will receive communication via email from the Sacraments team.
