THE THINGS ABOVE // The Saints

This past Sunday we kicked off 2023 with a brand new series: THE THINGS ABOVE! This world offers us so much to chase after, including money, fame, power, and greatness. However, God offers us so much more. When we can fix our eyes on the things above, we discover ultimate meaning, purpose, and life!

God desires for every single one of us to be saints! In order for us to become saints, we must pursue holiness through unity and intimacy with God. Thankfully, God made each of us in His image with everything necessary to become saints already inside of us!

Don't let the things we say at Church stay at Church!! Use these questions to comfortably bring Jesus into your everyday conversations with friends, family, and even those you might not know very well (yet!).

• How do people get to Heaven?

• Is holiness possible for everybody?

• What do you need to do in order to be holy?

• What kind of identity does Jesus give us?

• What does it mean to be made in the image of God?

Jesus' greatest gift of love to us is the Eucharist. In fact, it is more than just a gift. It is also the Gift-Giver: Jesus gives us Himself every single time we receive the Eucharist.
