This year, we’re trying something new! All 11th & 12th graders are invited to join us at Camp Copass December 5-6 for a powerful weekend of prayer, community, and formation. Then, we’ll all go straight from Camp Copass to St. Ann to set up for and LEAD the Confirmation retreat for our 10th graders.

Upperclassmen will be leading small groups, games, prayer, and sharing their testimony. This isn’t just another Upperclassmen Retreat, it’s a mission.

 

WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • About 70 upperclassmen teens

  • Meaningful time with friends

  • Powerful messages from HSM staff and Core

  • Mass, Prayer, Worship, Adoration

  • Confession available

  • Empowerment for mission

  • Expected to help lead the Confirmation Retreat back at St. Ann immediately after the Upperclassmen Retreat

COST:

  • $65

  • Includes all meals, lodging, and activities

SCHEDULE & TRAVEL:

  • FRIDAY

    • Check-in at Camp Copass (Meet us there)

      • 7pm Friday, December 5th at Camp Copass:

        • 8200 E McKinney St, Denton, TX 76208

      • Meet at the "Hope" building

      • Note: You will want to eat dinner before you show up on Friday.

  • SATURDAY

    • 1pm on Saturday, December 6th - Leave Camp Copass & go straight to St. Ann Assisi Hall

      • Transportation is on your own

    • 2pm Arrive at St. Ann and set up for Confirmation Retreat

    • 4pm Lead Confirmation Retreat - Assisi Hall (Day 1)

    • 9:30pm Go home to sleep

  • SUNDAY

    • 1pm Check-in to lead Confirmation Retreat - Assisi Hall (Day 2)

    • 4:30pm Youth Mass in the Assembly Room

    • 6:00pm 242 Night

    • 7:30pm Upperclassmen closing team prayer and dismissal

As high schoolers, there is a lot of pressure to perform, excel, and achieve. Retreats like this are a great way to find real rest, healing, and joy.

God knows what we need even more than we do. When we take time to focus on Jesus, quiet our hearts, and listen to God - the deepest desires of our hearts can be awakened. Also, HSM Retreats are super fun!

Retreats are also a great way to build community and even form life-long friendships rooted in Christ. We need good friends that lead us closer to Jesus. You are not alone.
